Wilson, a.k.a. Willie, is one of the 5 Great Pyrenees puppies we took in a few weeks ago.

He was very timid when we first got him and just wanted to hide in the closet. He has warmed up tremendously in just a short time with us. This little guy thrives on affection and consistency and routine are doing wonders for him. True to his nature, he already tries to guard his humans and tends to come alive at night, running and playing outside. He’s gaining confidence every day but still needs the security of a safe place to run to inside when things are overwhelming. Providing him with a crate or a safe space for those moments would be ideal.

While puppies tend to have a clean pallet as far as behavior issues, this guy is still in his ‘everything is scary’ stage and needs a home with patience to help him establish the rest of his confidence and bond with his family. He does very well with other animals and children and is at the pyrfect age to begin and grasp obedience training.
